Job Description

Job is based in Satair. This role supports the human resources function by working closely with line managers and employees on day‑to‑day HR matters.

Job Objectives

Focus on operational HR support, employee lifecycle activities, and implementation of HR policies and initiatives, while building foundational HRBP capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Support HO HR in partnering with assigned business units on day‑to‑day people‑related matters.
• Act as a first point of contact for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and basic employee relations issues.
• Build effective working relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide consultation/recommendation.
• Address employee concerns, support employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture, ensuring alignment with local labor regulations.
