In this hands-on position, you will operate various heavy equipment, perform drilling and trenching tasks, and carry out general labor duties. Experience with challenging soil and rock conditions is essential, as is your commitment to safety and teamwork. Your daily tasks will require collaboration with crew members to meet project needs and adhere to Ledcor's safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy machinery including backhoes and excavators
• Execute general labor duties like hand digging and site grading
• Conduct inspections of equipment prior to use
• Participate in safety meetings and follow policy guidelines
• Assist in conductor stringing and utility installations
Requirements:
• Previous experience in heavy equipment operation
