Key Accountabilities

• Promote consistency and efficiency by collaborating closely with designers to deliver high quality design assets for our product, ensuring usability, visual excellence, accessibility, and optimization.
• Work directly with product design, research and engineering teams to apply, evolve, and maintain our Design System in Tesco Media.
• Define and refine design workflows between the design system team and the wider community of product designers. Recommend methodologies and best practices to ensure efficiency and consistency within the design system team, and provide documentation and guidelines for designers to follow.
