Job Description
Experience Level (Years range): 10 to18+yrs
Key Job Responsibilities:
- SAP Activate methodology with Program governance and PMO frameworks
- SAP CALM / Solution Manager / project management tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with Finnish language preferred
Experience & Skills Requirements:
Must have:
- 12–18+ years in IT delivery, with 5+ years in SAP S/4HANA programs in Greenfield implementations (mandatory).
- Prior experience in pharma / regulated industry (preferred).
- Proven exposure to multi-country rollouts and large-scale transformations.
- Track program progress against scope, schedule, and KPIs.
- Provide executive dashboards, status reports, and health indicators (RAG status).
