Role Description
- Understanding of standard SAP Meter-to-Cash process
- Hands-on experience with Billing Master Data
- Experience with mass processing for Billing / Invoicing / Printing
- Knowledge of integration of SAP IS-U Billing with Device Management (DM), FICA, and CRM
- SPRO configuration knowledge
- Understanding of Print Workbench
- Experience working on project implementation as a functional consultant
- Understanding of EMMA clarification cases
- Secondary: Basic SAP ABAP, CRM, Device Management (DM), and FICA
