Understanding of standard SAP Meter-to-Cash process
Hands-on experience with Billing Master Data
Experience with mass processing for Billing / Invoicing / Printing
Knowledge of integration of SAP IS-U Billing with Device Management (DM), FICA, and CRM
SPRO configuration knowledge
Understanding of Print Workbench
Experience working on project implementation as a functional consultant
Understanding of EMMA clarification cases
Secondary: Basic SAP ABAP, CRM, Device Management (DM), and FICA
