  • Customer projects in the area of SAP HCM in all on-premise components with focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE)
  • Analysis of the customer situation, creation of process documents, conceptions, and blueprints.
  • System-side realization of customer requirements (including customizing, schemas and cycles in payroll accounting)
  • Support in all project phases—conception, design, customizing, prototyping and roll out of SAP HCM
  • As a senior consultant, you will also take on partial project management in smaller teams on site at our customers.

  • Must have Skills : German (fluent), SAP PY (Payroll), SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in the SAP HCM system (PY)
  • Experience with collective agreement regulations for remuneration, know-how in tax and social security law
