Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Functional Consultant to support an industrial client in the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of SAP HR Payroll solutions. The consultant will be responsible for delivering both new process implementations and continuous improvements to existing SAP HCM Payroll processes while acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary link between business users and technical teams, translating business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Analyze business processes and identify gaps during SAP solution deployments (e.g., S/4HANA template rollouts), proposing effective functional solutions.
