Job Description
SAP EWM Support Associate
We are hiring an SAP EWM Support Associate to provide application support for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) in a 24/7 operational environment. This role is suitable for candidates with SAP support experience or fresh graduates with relevant SAP internship/project exposure.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for SAP EWM applications.
- Troubleshoot incidents, resolve user issues, and manage service requests.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate with functional/technical teams.
- Support testing, system enhancements, documentation, and process improvements.
- Work closely with business users to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Participate in shift handovers and operational reporting.
