We are looking for an experienced SAP CX Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CX for Utilities and SAP IS-U integration.
Requirements
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP CX
• Minimum 1–2 full-cycle SAP CX implementation projects for Utilities clients
• Strong experience in utility business processes such as Move-In / Move-Out
• Expertise in Automated Billing Inquiries, Complaints, Payments & Collections
• Experience with Outage Management processes
• Strong understanding of SAP IS-U integration
• Ability to gather business requirements and deliver end-to-end SAP CX solutions
