Job Description
Knowledge of front-office operations over SAP Customer Experience suite, C/4 HANA and interactions with Commerce, Sales, Marketing, Service cloud for Customer journey.
-Understand what Customer Data Platforms capabilities and showcase to Client about benefit of available features.
- Able to manage core use cases to fully manage CDP implementation from business process mapping to designing an implementation that enables the development of uses cases for end-to-end delivery.
Collaborate with Digital Strategists and Data Engineers on customer data platforms integrations and technical implementations. Knowledge of consent-based Customer data model, privacy compliance, social login & preference management in C/4 HANA stack.
Knowledge and experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.
Experience in Customizing of C4 C solution Sales and Service l and integration with S/4 Hana, C4 Hana, and non-sap systems....
