Are you ready to take your SAP consulting career to the next level? We’re looking for an experienced SAP ISU FICA Consultant to support and enhance the FICA module within the SAP ISU Utilities landscape, including billing, payments, dunning and integration with other SAP modules.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, enhance, test, support, and implement solutions in SAP ISU FICA with experience working for utilities customers.
- Manage end‑to‑end FICA processes including:
- Business partner and contract account setup
- Invoicing and billing integration
- Payment processing (inbound and outbound)
- Dunning and collections
- Write‑offs and refunds
- Security deposits
- Support integration with SAP FI, SD, CRM and other ISU components.
- Analyze and resolve FICA‑related incidents, bugs and enhancements.
