Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design SAP CC workflows, execute CC Rating and charging configurations.
  • Design, develop, and implement custom Charge Plan, Charge Logic, Allowance Plans in SAP CC to support unique pricing and discounting models.
  • Collaborate with Business Analyst to gather requirements and translate them into SAP CC configurations.
  • Integrate SAP CC with other SAP modules, such as SAP BRIM, to ensure real-time billing and a seamless customer experience.
  • Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting SAP CC servers and integration to SAP ABAP/SOM, FICA, CI.
  • Support scalability and upgrades to SAP CC to meet industry standards
  • Conduct performance optimizations to enhance system efficiency and reduce processing time.
  • Provide expert support in resolving complex billing issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.
