Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Service Manager (TSM) with strong expertise in SAP Basis administration, migration, and cloud transformation. The role is responsible for acting as a customer-facing technical advisor, ensuring successful delivery of SAP migration programs, cloud integration, and post-go-live operations.
The candidate will play a key role in SAP RISE and Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) engagements, working across migration planning, execution, and operational stabilization phases.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement & Technical Advisory
Act as the primary technical point of contact for SAP Basis and migration-related discussions
Understand customer landscapes and provide recommendations for transformation and cloud adoption
Drive technical governance, reviews, and escalation management during migration lifecycle
