Job Description
Salary – $30 – $50+ (based on experience/contract bidding)
Scope of Work / Project Description
- Troubleshoot, research and perform root cause analysis for production issues
- Support end users reporting technical issues
- Analyze the functional impact of software interruption, propose and lead corrective actions for failed transactions
- Configure the software to business requirements, as required for planned enhancements
- Develop and execute tests to confirm the functionality
- Review vendor monthly and quarterly releases, analyze and document the impact on City solutions
- Maintain necessary documentation
- Escalate ARIBA issues to SAP Inc. and follow up for resolution
- Perform knowledge transfer to internal staff
