Job Description
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant to support data migration activities as part of an ERP transformation project. The role involves extracting data from SAP systems, developing ABAP programs for data extraction, transforming data into the required format for the new ERP system, and ensuring data quality throughout the migration process.
Key Responsibilities
Data Extraction & Migration
- Participate in end-to-end data migration activities from SAP to the new ERP system.
- Analyze source data structures and identify data extraction requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain ABAP programs to extract master and transactional data from SAP.
- Prepare extracted data in the format required by the target ERP system.
Data Mapping & Quality
- Work closely with functional consultants and business users to understand data requirements.
