+ Efficiently disassemble and reassemble production equipment for proper cleaning.
+ Be aware of the chemical properties and proper use of cleaning solutions.
+ Complete necessary reports, logs, and documentation related to the job.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in food manufacturing.
+ Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).
+ Understanding of FDA regulations.
