We are currently recruiting for a Sander / Prep Operative to join a well-established and growing company. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability, career progression, and plenty of overtime.

We are currently recruiting for a Sander / Prep Operative to join a well-established and growing company. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability, career progression, and plenty of overtime.
The Role:
- Sanding and preparing frames before they move through to the paint department
- Ensuring all products are finished to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working as part of a supportive production team
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 5:30pm
- Flexible start times available between 6:00am and 10:30am (as long as you work an 8 hour shift)
