Job Summary
The Sampling Coordinator will coordinate sample development activities between Merchandising, Design, Pattern, Sampling, and Production teams to ensure timely sample completion and buyer approvals.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate development, fit, and pre-production samples.
· Follow up with sampling, pattern, and merchandising teams for timely sample completion.
· Track sample status and maintain sample development records.
· Coordinate fabric, trims, and accessories availability for sampling.
· Ensure samples are completed as per buyer specifications and deadlines.
· Communicate sample comments and revisions to relevant departments.
