Hiring: Solar Sales Executive Location: Lucknow
Company: Raventra Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. Compensation
₹18,000 – ₹75,000+ per month (Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives)
Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month

Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of PM Surya Ghar Subsidy & Net Metering

Smartphone mandatory; two-wheeler preferred Key Responsibilities
Follow up on company-generated leads
Explain solar systems, subsidy, and ROI
Conduct customer meetings and site visits
Prepare quotations and close sales
Update CRM and coordinate with the installation team
Achieve monthly sales targets
