Key Responsibilities: Sales strategy: Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Operational management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Team leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional performance. Client acquisition: Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Market analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy. Reporting: Provide regular updates on performance and forecasts to senior management. Requirements : Experience in the steel coils or roofing sheets industry is required. Requires strong key account negotiation skills. Minimum 5 years experience in sales and general management, preferably in steel coil distribution.
