Responsibilities
Support the PM/DM in technical leadership, bringing comprehensive technical knowledge of Salesforce and identifying the best solutions to meet functional demands.
Detect and notify risks in technical management related to project client profitability.
Ensure smooth progress of the project in terms of scope, schedule, and costs.
Ensure fulfillment of the project's technical objectives and compliance with agreed software quality standards.
Supervise effort estimation of the development and support team during testing.
Collaborate with the PM/DM in project demos for the client.
Ensure the final delivery of technical documentation.
