Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop technical Salesforce solutions to drive customer progress
- Build bridges between Salesforce and adjacent systems, managing data structures and continuous development
- Design technical architectures for complex Salesforce projects and implement them with the team
- Advise customers on technical solutions and explain complex concepts to management levels
- Take responsibility for technical decisions regarding Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, modern Salesforce technologies, and AI solutions
- Proactively contribute new ideas to drive business growth
Requirements
- Practical experience in external consulting
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, Agentforce Specialist, Identity and Access Management Architect, or Integration Architect)
- Project management certification (e.g., Prince2 Foundation)
