About the Position
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to provide enterprise-level technical leadership for the design, integration, and evolution of Salesforce solutions within the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Information and Technology (OIT) Salesforce implementation. This is part of a strategic effort to establish comprehensive, end-to-end Salesforce professional services for CBP, equipped to handle the full spectrum of operational and application development requests. This role is responsible for defining architecture standards, guiding development teams, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.
