Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership skills and possess a track record of managing Salesforce development staff
• Organize, plan, and execute POD‑based development and implementation of Salesforce projects
• Prefer a certified Scrum Master or direct experience acting in a Scrum Master role for POD development teams
• Hands‑on experience implementing Salesforce Experience, Sales, and/or Service Cloud

Qualifications

• English proficiency: good verbal and writing skills for planning, status documents, and other deliverables
• Prefer 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience with required technical certifications for Experience, Sales, and Service cloud
• Experience in organizing, planning, and executing POD‑based development and implementation of Salesforce projects
