· Facilitate all scrum events, including sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint demos and retrospectives. · Protect the team from outside disruptions, remove impediments, and help the team to become self-managing and cross-functional. · Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. · Analyze business processes, functions, and procedures to determine the most effective business systems software to meet the needs of the organization. · Collaborate closely with stakeholders and the development team to implement and improve efficiency in Salesforce platform. · Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions that meet user needs.
