Salesforce Scrum Master – Agile Delivery, Salesforce Platform & Digital Transformation
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Manage end-to-end Agile delivery for Salesforce initiatives
• Partner with Product Owner to manage backlog, prioritization, and sprint readiness
• Ensure user stories are refined, groomed, and aligned with Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD)
• Act as a bridge between business, product, and technical teams
• Identify and resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies proactively
