As a Salesforce Martech Engineer joining Medibank, you will help design and deliver modern marketing technology solutions that enable personalised, data-driven customer experiences across Medibank’s digital and marketing platforms.
Your impact
Design, build and deliver marketing technology solutions across Salesforce platforms (Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next, Personalisation, Sales/Service Cloud)
Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, owning delivery from discovery through to deployment
Develop integrations, automations, and data-driven customer journeys and personalisation
Partner with teams across marketing, digital, data and engineering to deliver seamless customer experiences
Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve platform performance, data quality and capability
