Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Enable SFMC functionality and Integrations. Provide best practice guidance.
- Act as consultant for SFMC.
- Estimate the effort for the change requests / enhancements needed on the platform and implement them under the guidance of the architect.
- Lead a small team of Developers to design, implement, and optimize cross-channel campaigns. Perform Testing of the implemented Functionality / automations.
- Mentor cross-functional teams, Lead workshops, requirement gathering and solution design sessions.
- Publish implementation documentation.
- SIT Support, UAT Support, PROD Deployment, Go-Live and Hypercare support.
