Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build and execute email campaigns based on marketing briefs, including audience segmentation and targeting.
- Design, code, and test responsive email templates using HTML/CSS within SFMC.
- Utilize data extensions and segmentation strategies to ensure accurate audience targeting.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data segmentation and personalization.
- Develop and manage automated workflows for recurring campaigns and data processes.
- Create and maintain customer journeys to enhance engagement and lifecycle marketing.
- Implement and manage SMS messaging campaigns using SFMC Mobile Studio.
- Work with SFMC APIs for data synchronization and integration with external systems.
- Ensure data hygiene, compliance, and proper use of subscriber data across campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
