Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, product requests, and fit-gap analyses.
Stakeholder Management: Clearly articulate project scope, deliverables, and outcomes drive market engagement and lead kickoff workshops for digital initiatives.
Documentation & Training: Create and maintain implementation documentation. Develop training materials and deliver regular or ad-hoc workshops to boost system adoption.
Adoption Support: Actively assist digital customer engagement teams in maximizing their use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 5-10 years of proven BA experience across various IT delivery projects, specifically within Digital Marketing and Salesforce products . ...
