Job Description
Solution Architect
The Solution Architect serves as subject matter expert on Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote projects responsible for client delivery, proposals, new business opportunities, and knowledge management.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into well‑architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and product.
- Lead technical design sessions; create, estimate, and solution user stories; develop technical solution documentation aligned with business objectives.
- Deliver as an individual contributor while also capable of leading a team of Consultants, Developers, and/or Solution Architects.
- Demonstrate Quote‑to‑Cash (Revenue Cloud/ARM, CPQ, etc.) thought leadership and educate clients on Salesforce platform best practices, ensuring adherence across the implementation team.
