Job Description
Role Overview
· Seeking a candidate with strong Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)
experience, ideally coming from a consulting background .
Resource Level
· Senior Manager level.
· Will work closely with both vendors and operations/business stakeholders
– bridge the gap with IT internal end-user teams, stakeholders, executives, and
top-tier vendors aligned to SFDC.
Key Responsibilities
· Analyze business performance and sales effectiveness data.
· Understand KPIs and business metrics.
· Challenge vendor recommendations and provide strategic input.
· Present findings, insights, and recommendations to business stakeholders.
· Act as the primary point of contact between the business and the vendor.
Environment
· OCE (Omnichannel Customer Engagement) environment.
· Supporting the SalesCompass (Will be trained) platform.
