We are looking for a
Salesforce Developer
to join our team and contribute to the evolution, improvement and maintenance of our Salesforce platform.
This role has a strong focus on
Salesforce Service Cloud, especially the development, maintenance and evolution of
Service modules and Omnichannel functionalities. We are looking for someone who can help us improve the way our business users manage customer service processes, automation and platform efficiency.
Main responsibilities
Develop, maintain and evolve functionalities within
Salesforce Service Cloud .
Work closely with
Service Cloud modules, with a special focus on
Omnichannel .
Build, maintain and refactor developments using
Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce and Flows .
