Seeking a hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 Architect with 8–12+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem and 2–4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience. Candidate must have strong practical experience with DLOs, DMOs, data streams, data mapping, identity resolution, unified profiles, segmentation, and activation. Experience with Member Number / external ID based identity models, Party Identification mapping, and Salesforce CRM activation is required. The consultant should be able to review the current model, validate the unified profile design, adjust mappings/rulesets, and troubleshoot end-to-end Data Cloud issues.
