- Define, own, and evolve the enterprise-level Salesforce Commerce Cloud architecture for retail platforms.
- Lead the creation of commerce platform strategies, roadmaps, and modernization initiatives.
- Establish and enforce enterprise standards, frameworks, and best practices across retail programs.
Retail Digital Commerce Transformation
- Architect and optimize end-to-end retail commerce capabilities, covering merchandising, catalog/content management, pricing, promotions, loyalty, personalization, cart, checkout, payments, and order management.
- Enable seamless omnichannel retail experiences, ensuring integration across web, mobile, and in-store systems.
