Job Description
We’re looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable customer data solutions across the organisation. You’ll play a key role in shaping how customer data is unified, governed, and activated across the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
What You’ll Be Doing- Design and manage the overall Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and data strategy
- Build scalable solutions for identity resolution, segmentation, data harmonisation, and real-time activation
- Work closely with business and technical teams to translate data and customer engagement requirements into technical solutions
- Define integration approaches between Data Cloud and external platforms including CRM, marketing, ecommerce, analytics, and data warehouses
- Lead data modelling, governance, and data quality best practices
