Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to lead early commercial development in the Spanish market. This is a full‑time role focused on building relationships with veterinary clinics, launching pilot programs, and supporting the transition from early adoption to recurring revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a structured sales pipeline
  • Run discovery meetings to understand clinic operations and business needs
  • Present the CRM solution and demonstrate its practical value
  • Support conversion from pilot usage to paid subscriptions
  • Help establish repeatable sales processes
  • Conduct 30–50 qualified discovery conversations
  • Support predictable conversion from pilot to paid usage
