Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients who have expressed interest in our services
- Follow up with leads and schedule consultation appointments
- Respond promptly to enquiries and maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system
- Work closely with the sales and coaching teams to provide a positive customer experience
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
