Job Summary

This position is responsible for leading a team of trainers in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs enabling Credit Card Sales (Internal and External stakeholders) with the necessary product and system knowledge, selling techniques, process compliance, and customer engagement skills. This role ensures that the training initiatives drive sales performance, maintain standards, and support business targets. In addition to training, this role is responsible for planning and executing employee engagement programs that enhance motivation, reinforce learning, and promote a high-performance culture. It also includes developing communication materials for cascades.
