5 working days / 2 days off
3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (EAT – Kenya Time)
Are you passionate about developing sales talent and driving real impact? We’re looking for a Sales Trainer to help shape high-performing teams and elevate early-career sales professionals (SDRs/BDRs).
✅ What we’re looking for
3–5 years of experience in Sales (BDR/SDR preferred) 1–2 years in Training, Coaching, or Leadership roles Strong understanding of the full sales cycle Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Apollo, or similar) Fluent in English

Design and deliver engaging training programs (virtual & in-person) Coach teams on key sales skills: prospecting, closing, objection handling & follow-ups Provide 1:1 and group coaching sessions Partner with Sales & HR to improve team performance Track KPIs and continuously optimize training strategies
