Job Description
Sales & Talent Advisor
This is a full 360 position where you will own the entire recruitment cycle.
- Develop and manage your own client portfolio (business development included)
- Define search strategy and hiring approach with clients
- Map markets and identify top talent across Europe
- Run full selection processes: sourcing, assessment, interviews, recommendations
- Close candidates and manage offer processes end-to-end
- Act as a strategic advisor on hiring decisions, not just an executor
- You will operate across Spain, France, and broader European markets, with international scale-ups and high-growth organisations.
Qualifications
Recruitment / Talent background:
- Min 1 year in executive search, agency recruitment, or in-house Talent Acquisition
- Strong understanding of hiring processes and candidate markets
