Badi runs a coliving and flexible-rental model in Barcelona and Madrid. Our product is the individual room inside a managed property, booked mostly by young professionals and people relocating, for stays that run from one month to a full year. It's fundamentally a furnished apartment rental business with high annual rotation, with +700 units under management and a portfolio that never coasts, because occupancy has to be rebuilt continuously. Demand reaches us through our own app and through OTAs, and we run an AI-forward operation where anything worth automating gets automated.
