About the Role
At CEVA A&O Mexico, S.A. de C.V., we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Support Supervisor to join our Business Development division based in Alcaldia Benito Juarez, Mexico. This role is pivotal in leading and coordinating the Sales Support US team, driving operational excellence and delivering outstanding service in international logistics focused on air and ocean freight.
As the Sales Support Supervisor, you will take on a hands‑on leadership role, managing day‑to‑day operations while actively supporting your team. You will supervise sales support processes, ensure precise pricing and quotation evaluations, and streamline coordination between origin and destination points. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Business Development, Operations, and Finance teams, as well as external intercompany contacts.
