Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage sales-related documents, including quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Support the sales process, including SFDC lead registration, initial responses, and handover to the relevant sales person.
  • Maintain data accuracy and pipeline quality in CRM systems such as SFDC.
  • Support internal workflows, contracts, and approval processes in collaboration with OP, Finance, Marketing, and other relevant teams.
  • Support reporting and documentation, including weekly and monthly reports, pipeline summaries, and meeting minutes.
  • Provide other operational support, such as certification ceremonies and tracking legal reviews of contracts.
  • Support process improvement initiatives together with the Sales Manager.
