Sales Support Officer

This is a remote position.

In this role, you'll ensure every sale is processed accurately, customer information is complete, and orders move seamlessly from sale to fulfillment. You'll work closely with our phone-based sales team, handling the administrative tasks that allow our sales representatives to focus on what they do best—building relationships and closing deals.

What You'll Do

• Process and accurately enter completed sales orders into our CRM and internal systems.
  
• Review customer details, pricing, promotions, and order information to ensure accuracy.
