Our Client, based in Basingstoke, is looking for a Service and Sales Executive to join their team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the sales teams to achieve their targets.
Based at their Basingstoke HQ, you’ll be supporting their customers in France, acting as a central point of contact for Area Sales Managers and their territories.
You’ll manage a mix of inbound and outbound activity, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and opportunities to add value are maximised. Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you’ll build strong relationships internally and externally, developing a strong understanding of our products, systems and processes to support both service and sales success.
