Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team, including documentation, vendor pricing requests, quotations, and order processing.
• Maintain and regularly update CRM records, customer databases, enquiry logs, and sales-related documentation to ensure data accuracy.
• Communicate professionally with customers through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Conduct telemarketing activities to identify and generate new business opportunities, qualifying leads before assigning them to the Sales Executive for further engagement.
• Proactively follow up on existing leads, customer enquiries, quotations, and pending sales opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
