5 Days (8:30am to 5:30pm from Monday to Friday)

Work Location

Sin Ming (near Marymount, Upper Thomson, Bishan and Ang Mo Kio MRT Stations)

Responsibilities

• Sales order processing (prepare sales order, invoices, and delivery order) for local and overseas markets.
• Assist the Sales Team with quotations and sales enquiries.
• Liaise with internal team or forwarders on delivery and shipping arrangement.
• Maintain up to date orders information to customers.

Requirements

• GCE N/O Levels, Nitec or Diploma holders
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Good team player and able to perform task without much supervision
• Good working attitude and responsible
• Singaporean only need apply
