Job Summary
Sales Support Assistant is responsible for providing backroom support to the Acquiring Sales Team in line with the Bank’s standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Documents and records loan applications received for the day.
Process accounts for review and booking. Monitors status of clients’ applications and requests for credit/background investigations, appraisal and relays status of application to clients.
Assists AO in following up lacking requirements needed for booking.
Ensures prompt relay of credit decisions to branch managers, clients, dealers, salesmen...
